An official AAU Team Roster is required for participation in all Utah and National AAU events. Each team must bring an updated hard copy to all 2016/2017 Utah events. Please download the Roster Form here. All Coaches sitting on the team bench during the game must have an AAU Membership, this assures that all Coaches have passed the AAU background check process.


To post your roster you will need an AAU Club #, if you don't want to buy a club for your organization please use the following, for Boy's teams use Club # WWAW54, for the Girl's teams use Club # WWAW53.

What You Need to Begin: To register online, you need your AAU athlete and non-athlete membership numbers and zip codes.

STEP 1: Login / Register 

The person registering the team must create a user name and password NOW. This is not your AAU membership or club number.

STEP 2: Team Entry Form 
Add your team information. 
Note: AAU Club Code Required 

STEP 3: Enter Athletes 
Complete your Roster. Any work you do is automatically saved. You can stop and come back at any time until the entry deadline or until all info is completed.

Note: You will need athlete and non-athlete AAU Membership I.D. and zip codes.

STEP 4: Enter Pick Up/Add On Athletes
Not to exceed [5] athletes

STEP 5: Enter Head Coach, Assistant Coaches and Bench Personnel 
Maximum of four [4] non-athletes [head coach, assistant coaches, or bench personnel] per team. All bench personnel must have an AAU number.

STEP 6: Print your team roster
